Cupertino Academy respects your privacy and the privacy of your family. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide on that form:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your student’s first name, if you choose to give it
- Your student’s grade for the coming school year, and their current educational setting
- Whether your student has a dyslexia diagnosis, and any other learning differences you tell us about
- The primary literacy concerns you select, and anything you write in your message
- Whether you have evaluations or records you may share with us later
- How you heard about Cupertino Academy, if you tell us
- Your consent to be contacted, and the date it was given
Only your name, email, phone, your student’s grade and educational setting, the diagnosis question, your message, and your consent are required. Everything else is optional, and you are welcome to leave it blank.
We do not ask you to upload evaluations or medical records through this website. If records are needed, we will request them separately once we are in touch.
How we use your information
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a school tour, discuss your student’s needs, and communicate with you about Cupertino Academy. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How it is stored
Inquiry submissions are delivered to our email and may be stored by the service that powers our contact form. We keep this information only as long as needed to assist you.
Children's privacy
Our website is directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
